You may pre-purchase a group of registrations at a discount before Dec 8. A Group code will be emailed to you with your purchase confirmation.
  • Individuals must register online using the Group code instead of payment.
    (Individuals register page: https://www.afcinc.org/CMCReg.aspx )
  • Each individual registration allows access for two devices for the premier event and video on demand until January 31.
  • Once purchased, Group codes are good until 12/30.
  • No cancellations, no refunds, no substitutions.
  • Registration after Dec 7 will be $25 each; no group registration purchases available.
