Over the years, God has been steadily working
in the hearts of growing numbers of Asian-Americans, and in
particular, Chinese-Americans, to be workers in his kingdom,
here locally in the U.S. and all over the world. Not only are
the numbers of workers growing, but so is the need for greater
training, opportunity, and encouragement. How has God uniquely
gifted and prepared you, as an Asian-American Christian, to go
out into the world and make disciples of men and women from
all nations? How do we overcome the challenges and burdens
that face Asian-Americans, keeping us from the mission field?
Are there obligations and responsibilities that hinder our
desire to follow Jesus' Great Commission or can we find the
solutions that enable us to be obedient to his calling in each
of our lives? How can you be equipped to carry out the Great
Commission in your home, in your family, at your universities,
your workplace, in your hometown, and in the world?
CMC 2004 aims to harness the gifts and zeal of Chinese and Asian-Americans adults and to launch you into the mission field of our Lord of the Harvest. The English Track is in its second year at the conference, designed specifically for Chinese/Asian-Americans and also for those interested in serving in China or other parts of Asia. We invite all college students, working adults, and even those with families to come to join us at CMC 2004! Be challenged to take your faith and service to the next level. Plenary sessions, Bible expositions, and a wide-range of workshops will be complemented by a prayer tour, small group debriefings, and booths and displays from a myriad of mission organizations that will help set your heart ablaze and enable you to take the steps to being obedient to our Lord's Great Commission. Join hundreds of fellow brothers and sisters in seeing what the Lord is doing among Chinese and Asian-Americans and with missions all over the world.

Pastor Daniel Au English Program Coordinator
Pastor Daniel Au is at home in the Philadelphia, PA area, growing up in neighboring Bucks and Montgomery counties and attending Chinese Christian Church and Center (CCC&C) in Philadelphia's Chinatown. Leaving the area for college, Daniel studied biology at Northwestern University and went on to earn an M.D. in 1998. During his undergraduate and graduate studies, he worked closely with campus fellowship groups and with the local churches he attended. Prior to going to residency, he returned to Philly in 1998 to enroll at Westminster Theological Seminary for what was to be a one-year certificate program, but after the first semester, he extended his program and graduated with a Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.) in 2000. It was at WTS where Daniel followed God's call into full-time ministry, and was blessed to serve during this time at CCC&C, later coming on as part of the pastoral staff after graduation. God had even more in store for him when, in November 2002, he joined Trinity Christian Church of Greater Philadelphia, in Newtown Square, PA as their English Ministry Pastor.
Daniel has an interest in apologetics, Asian-American and cross-cultural ministry, and missions (both urban and overseas), having worked in the urban settings of Chicago, Philadelphia and Singapore. In his free time he enjoys playing his musical instruments, cooking, and singing praise songs in public parks.

Dr. Stuart Briscoe Bible Expositor
Stuart Briscoe was born in Millom, Cumbria, England in 1930, graduated from high school at the age of 17 and promptly embarked on a career in banking. He studied law, economics, and accounting in his spare time and eventually became personal assistant to the Chief Inspector of the bank. At the age of 17 he started to preach and for 12 years preaching and his banking career kept him fully occupied.
During the Korean War he was drafted into the Royal Marines. In 1959 he and his wife, Jill, a school teacher, left the business world to share in the ministry of the Torchbearers - a youth organization reaching out to the far corners of the world. Stuart's travels took him all over the world while Jill looked after their three children, David, Judy and Peter.
In 1970, Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin, USA asked Stuart to become pastor. The church has since grown to a weekly attendance in excess of 7,000 and has planted eight sister churches in the Milwaukee area. Elmbrook's TV and radio ministries - Telling the Truth - featuring Stuart and Jill are broadcast widely while his extensive video and audio tapes and more than 40 books extend his ministry. After 30 years as Senior Pastor at Elmbrook Church, Stuart has stepped down and he and Jill have assumed the roles of Ministers-at-Large on Elmbrook's church staff.
Various schools have honored him with honorary doctorates, and God has blessed him and Jill with 13 grandchildren at the last count. He has preached in more than 100 countries and is invited to minister to pastors, missionaries and church lay-leaders on all continents.
In his spare time he likes to read, run (not at the same time), garden, and enjoy God's creation.
