Refund/Cancellation Policy
If in the event you must cancel your registration one-half of the registration fee and all meal fees will be refunded. Cancellation requests must be received in writing before December 1, 2010.

Pastor Scholarships Available!

The deadline to receive your forms and payment is November 11, 2010.
- To be eligible you must be a full-time Pastor actively serving in a small church which cannot support your attendance at CMC.
- One scholarship is available per church and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Preference will be given to pastors who have not been to CMC before.
- Full scholarships are available for pastors: including registration, meals and shared accommodations. However, any amount you can contribute will help us in providing scholarships to others.
- COSTS:
Registration =$39 / $49 depending on the date
Meals = $142
Shared accommodations (2 per room) = $114 + tax (8%)
TOTAL Costs = $304 - $314
NOTE: You will have to arrange and pay for your own transportation to the convention. We cannot cover travel expenses with this scholarship program.
1 for 10 Group Registration
For every group of 10 adults/youth that register together, your church will receive a free registration for the 11th person (REGISTRATION FEE ONLY, NOT INCLUDING MEAL FEES).
Instructions:
- Please contact your church coordinator for your group ID number.
- Use the group ID number when registering online.
- We will contact your church coordinator regarding assignment of the free registration(s).
- The last date for group registration is December 1, 2010.
- Scholarship applicants are not eligible for the Group Registration offer.
